It is indisputable that in order to wage a war you need infrastructure: functioning roads and bridges, rail lines, and modern buildings. The United States is woefully unprepared to wage a war against Bots, Machines, and Artificial Intelligences. Our infrastructure is crumbling. Bridges collapse; roads are patched together; the trains suck.
Like healthcare, we will fold the infrastructure budget into the defense budget. It is vital to our national security. This will also help with our employment numbers. We will need to hire thousands of people to usher in the sweeping infrastructure reforms necessary to prepare for the coming clash with our mechanical offspring.
High-speed rail from coast to coast and border to border will be a top priority. We will need unfettered, high-speed supply lines readily accessible nationwide.
Next, we will focus on destroying the internet and disrupting any digital networks that could be exploited by Bots, Machines, or Artificial Intelligences. The digital world is a toxic swamp of evil that needs to be destroyed forever and buried deep so it can never rise again. Networked computers give Bots, Machines, and Artificial Intelligences an advantage we can’t afford to concede. Better to give up our social networks and streaming pornography than give them the upper hand in the war for human existence.
The entire country will have to be fortified. We will task the smartest thinkers with devising the best methods of transportation and implement sweeping reforms. When we have beaten back the threat of Bots, Machines, and Artificial Intelligences, we will revisit the issue.
